Before renting water equipment, please familiarize yourself with the regulations applicable at Relax Palace & Restaurant

1. The type of equipment and cost are specified in the price list available at the reception.
2. Equipment is issued upon presentation of an identity card or other document confirming identity.
3. Children under 16 years old may only use the equipment in the company of an adult.
4. The rental fee is collected in advance.
5. The person renting is responsible for the entrusted water equipment and bears the costs of damage or loss of equipment.
6. Costs of damage are expressed in net values.
7. Before renting equipment, it is necessary to inspect its technical condition; any defects or faults must be reported before departure, any faults found upon return will be deemed to have been caused by the renter.
8. When renting equipment, a deposit for the equipment must be paid. The deposit is refundable upon return of the equipment without reservations.
9. The number of people allowed on the watercraft is strictly adhered to.
10. Bringing and consuming alcohol on the marina premises as well as during boating is strictly PROHIBITED – equipment will not be rented to intoxicated persons or those showing signs of alcohol consumption or drug use causing impairment.
11. Watercraft must return to the marina no later than one hour before sunset.
12. The rental service is not liable for accidents and damages, both to the renter and third parties, occurring during the use of the equipment by the renter, provided that the accidents or damages are not a result of defects in the rented equipment.
